zoe is the Care Manager( awaiting registration) she has worked within the Social Care Sector since 2019 She has worked with the company since 2024 Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to delivering person-centred care, ensuring
that human rights are at the forefront of service delivery. My journey through various roles
has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the sector and has developed my
skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.

● Extensive Experience in Social Care: Since 2019, I have immersed myself in the
social care sector, gaining hands-on experience and advancing through multiple
roles. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the sector’s
challenges and rewards.
● Leadership and Management Skills: In roles as a Senior Support Worker,
Coordinator, and Care Manager, I have successfully led teams, managed
individualised care plans, and ensured regulatory compliance. I am adept at
handling complex care situations calmly and making informed decisions to maintain
high-quality care.
● Alignment with CQC Standards: I am well-versed in the principles outlined by the
CQC’s Single Assessment Framework, including the "I statements" and the five key
questions (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led) that guide CQC

Currently, I manage a team of care coordinators and support workers, ensuring compliance
with CQC standards and internal policies. My responsibilities include developing and
overseeing individualised care plans, conducting staff training and evaluations, and
handling complex care situations efficiently. Additionally, I have extensive experience
coordinating with healthcare professionals and families, managing schedules, and
overseeing service delivery for a diverse client base.

Our Staff
Our support services are delivered by our amazing Support Workers who are led by our Senior Support Workers Adam Rodgers. and Carly Ryan Adam and Carly both work with our clients and are both fantastic with our staff. Adam has been working with us since the beginning of Prime Support and Carly came on board in Novemeber 2024, They both update there training every few months. Adam has worked in social care since 2005 and Carly also has a very lenghly service in the care sector and both have been working for a number of years with Prime Support Service they are both outstanding Senior Support Workers
All of our staff receive a comprehensive induction training programme and we are constantly improving our service by ensuring all staff and management regularly attend in-house and specific training sessions. This keeps us all up to date with all social care policies and procedures. It is our goal to drive our service to the highest possible standard of community support and ensure good value for money.
